So in summary you can say Sons of Ishmael ( Islam) and sons of Issac (Christians) are spiritual brothers. This is still a broad definition Because in Islam there are those who would tell you Not all of Spiritual Islam are of Islam and the same in Christianity. Not all of Spiritual Israel are of Israel.
Note well Islam if given the opportunity will convert by the sword.
But Bible prophecy shows us they were raised up for a purpose not to convert but to conquer Apostate Christendom (Those who have gone against the foundations of true Christianity ,Mother of them all is Papal Rome.

This is the sons of Ishmael being referred to here .
Wild man = Wild Arabian Donkey= Sons of Ishmael,Children of the East, Islam are all the same people.

Jeremiah 2:24 A wild ass used to the wilderness, that snuffeth up the wind at her pleasure; in her occasion who can turn her away? all they that seek her will not weary themselves; in her month they shall find her.

Royalblood Translation. You need not weary yourself looking for Islam when she is primed and ready to fulfil her Lust/Desire/or her destiny. She will find you. After all according to Gen 16:12 She will dwell in the presence of all her brethren ( every tribe or race or country upon the earth Islam is everywhere this is a biblical prophecy and a fact).

Apollyon = Destruction in the Greek
