As a matter of fact, the 1260-day prophecy is mentioned seven times in Daniel and Revelation. There are not, as some have supposed, several 1260-day periods; there is only one. It is mentioned seven times, because it is so very important: in Daniel 7:25 and 12:7 and also in Revelation 12:14, as a time, times (i.e., two times - the lowest plural), and a half time; in Revelation 11:2 and 13:5, as forty-two months; and in Revelation 11:3 and Revelation 12:6, as one thousand two hundred and threescore (sixty) days. In Bible prophecy, there are 360 days to a year, and if you multiply 360 times three and one-half, you will come up with the number-- 1260. Also, when time is used in Bible prophecy, a day stands for a year. (See Ezekiel 4:6; Num.14:34). Therefore, the Bible has given us the important key to figuring out the 1260-day prophecy, and that is this--that the 1260 days are actually 1260 literal years.
As Satan used the Roman Empire - particularly King Herod, Pontius Pilate and Nero, as well as many others - to put Christ to death and kill many of God's people, he, like a chameleon, changed his disguise once again after Western Rome's fall, but this time, he kept the same Roman roots. The "wilderness" (Rev. 12:6), symbolizing this 1260-year period, is also referred to as the "great tribulation" (Matt 24:21) - a time when millions of God's true people were martyred for refusing to follow the dictates of the Roman Church. The Bible accurately prophesied that the papal power, as symbolized by the "little horn" in Daniel 7:8, 20, 21 and the "leopard-bodied beast" in Revelation 13:2, would "make war with the saints." Only one "religious" organization has been responsible for more persecutions and deaths of faithful Bible-believing Christians than any other sect in history - The Holy Roman Catholic Church!

By what law would we be Judged

Its time to take off the gloves,I realize that during this period of uncertainty people all over the world are turning to bibles,prophecies and religions for answers,guidance and a sence of hope. Its is during this period when many are seeking the truth about the end times and are likely to turn their lives around;it is this time that satan the devil,the old serpent is turning up his volumes of lies. There is a proliferation of teachers,self proclaimed prophets,healers,workers of wonders,teachers all over the world.

This was predicted in the Bible first and and again by a bible tested true prophet of God the 1800s.

But Remember Isaiah 8:20 .Many false prophet will come with soothing words,but the bible says in you can tell the genuine from the false.

Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

There are those who will be deceived because it is inconvenient to them to follow the truth.

If sin is the transgression of the law then when one is saved by the gift of God, his grace the gift .What prevents us from breaking that law again.It is the power of the saving grace in our lives that now assist us to live conquering sinfulness daily.The power that saves has the power to keep us from falling. You cannot have one and deny the other.So what do we measure sin against.What law does Christ saving grace prevents us from breaking by our relationship with him.There must be some law.

If you believe there is a Judgment ,then what are you judge against.When one goes to trial in an earthly court you are judged against breaking some law.That is the reason you are in court int he first place.All will be Judged against a law.Despite if you believe the law -the ten commandment has bee done away with.

What if God is real.
What if the process of believing accepting and living like one who believes ensures that you will be saved in the end.

What do you stand to loose?
If its not true what do you stand to loose with a better quality of life?

Even if you are guaranteed coming out with eternal life.

Gods' Love although they don't know rule and run there lives . They can decide to hurt others ,or to do wickedly however they choose to live good lives. I don't have all the answers but God made us all with the one thing we cannot escape from CHOICE .. IN NOT CHOOSING WE MAKE A CHOICE.

Repercussion of the Greatest Crime (Unbelief)

I was doing some research for the topic unbelief for a presentation and i would like to share some important points .
I found this Scripture which it describe the most heinous act a man / woman can commit.

It all happened because of not trusting and following God's law.
If you think that the the world is evil now .. read this and see what we human beings could become under tremendous pressure.

Scripture: Deuteronomy 28:56-58

56The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter, 57And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates. 58If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;

Repercussions:

In the city of Samaria there was one righteous man—Elisha, the servant of the Lord. Jehoram the king was a sinner of the blackest dye, his iniquity was glaring and infamous. However Jehoram the king drunken with pagan worship commit the follow of all follies.He express his disbelief,his words: 2 kings 7 :19 And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.

He doubted the ONE TRUE GOD who had made himself known Clearly in the past. via all his providential works.

Whereupon God pronounced his doom by the mouth of the prophet (messenger) who had just now proclaimed the promise: "thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.

The modern day Atheism:

The most hideous of all is the traitor, in its true colors, blaspheming God, and madly denying his existence. atheism , deism and Infidelity, are the ripe fruits of this malicious tree.

While God spoke to Moses at Sinai the people who witness the f lashings of lightning and the sounds or thunder,beneath the shadow of all this rumbustious activity still find courage to commit open sin in the form of idolatry. how is it that when the sinner hears the tremendous threatenings of God's justice, still he is hardened, and walks on in his evil ways

3. But there is a third point. Unbelief disables a man for the performance of any good work. "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin," is a great truth in more senses than one. "Without faith it is impossible to please God. Case in piont is the apostles who could only cast out demons if they had the faith .Mark 9:29 And He said to them, "This kind cannot come out but by praying and fasting KJV

4 My next observation is unbelief has been severely punished:
unbelief kept Moses and Aaron out of Canaan? They honored not God; they struck the rock when they ought to have spoken to it. They disbelieved: and therefore the punishment came upon them, that they should not inherit that good land, for which they had toiled and labored.
Other examples

Noah and family saved but the other inhabitants of the earth died (lost).

the Original generations of Israel that was saved from the bondage many were lost and never saw the promise land.
